99% of what you have been told about advertising on
the Internet is false. Now I know that is a bold statement but
my research has shown
that most Lawyer Internet marketing is done by:

Web
designers looking to
charge lawyers big dollars to design their websites. They promise to
put these websites into hundreds of search engines and in
front of thousands of people. Sadly, a lawyer find out months later,
after spending hundreds or thousands of dollars,
that his or her site is not developing the clientele desired and gets
discouraged about internet advertising.

Legal
marketing consultants who, of course, are looking to sign you to a
consulting contract. While
some of these marketing professionals are very good, you do not know if
the course of action they are advising is correct or incorrect. You are
often forced to make a multi-thousand dollar decision based upon
limited information
This
is a lawyer-to-lawyer product where I will share with you all my hard
earned knowledge on what works and what does not work on the Internet.
First
and foremost: this product was created out of my own personal need
to
increase both the quantity and quality of client flow into my
office.
Four years ago
I was faced with a dilemma. I live in a city in Florida
that has a local law school. Many of the students who attend this local
law school fall in love with the area, the beaches and the
climate.
They of course decide to stay and open up shop in my area. This has
made for an extreme glut of lawyers in my area. (You may also be facing
increasing competition in your area.) Also, my area has the
mega-firms that advertise on
television every minute of every day.
I needed an edge to compete and I
did not want to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on advertising.
I have a family and did not want to have to work just to pay my
advertising. I therefore started researching what I could do to drive
high quality clients to my office that would pay a premium fee for my
premium legal
work. I also wanted to have an advertising medium that was professional
and that I could control.
My research indicated that only the
Internet met all my criteria. I will now tell you my results.

I have one
web page that cost less than $200.00 to develop that
generates over $5,000 a month in nice, intelligent, quality clients for
my law firm.

I have one
web page that generated over $40,000 in fees on an annual
advertising budget of less than $1,200.00.

I have one
small web page that generated eight (8) quality personal
injury cases in a very short time period after publishing it.
Now I could
tell you that you will drive hordes and
hordes of multi-million dollar cases to your firm but that would be a
lie. The Internet is like every other advertising medium...it generates
some good cases and clients, some bad cases and clients and every so
often a home run. The main thing that I have noticed is that I get
fewer
really bad clients off of the net than I do on regular advertising such
as television, newsprint or phone book ads. This I attribute to the
methods I have used to set up my web pages.
