To you this could be the most personal thing that you can go through in your life.  You have to air out your personal tragedy with strangers….

Yes no matters what you are told about settling out of court you may have to go into the court system.  Yes, many cases do settle out of court but you have to be prepared to stand up for your rights and go to court.  If you do you will be going in front of a person, (a judge) who could care less on whether you are compensated correctly in your accident case.  The judge’s only care is that case proceeds orderly through the courtroom.  Now you may have noticed that I said orderly and not quickly. 

Next you have to face the jury.....Unless you attack their prejudice you can be certain it will come back to haunt you.
